Most of the Realtors in Florida I had contact with could barley give me the time of day! They were just selling house after house. I called Kris on one of his listings and wow I was so impressed with how he wanted to help me find the perfect home and being out of State its not easy. A couple months passed and we looked at many homes too. The perfect home came on the Market Saturday am. I called Kris asap and he called the listing agent to set up face time at Noon. We made a offer with only 24 hours to accept or decline. The next morning the offer was accepted. If it was not for Kris and how he moves I don't feel we could have bought the perfect home.
